missing soundproofing impolite staff
The breakfast was good, with something for everyone.
The windows lacked soundproofing, so I could not sleep well due to noise. The reception staff also seemed impolite. When my husband complained of a headache from lack of sleep, he was directed to a nearby pharmacy for painkillers. I found this response unhelpful and uncaring.

The location was superb. It was near many key attractions. the room was very clean. I stayed in a double or twin room. the reception staff was also friendly and helpful, twice. i got good recommendations.

Central Location, Excellent Breakfast!

I found the location very central and near Las Setas. Breakfast options were varied and tasty. The hotel has a pool on the rooftop. It features a sunbathing area! The internal courtyard is magnificent and beautifully refurbished.
The windows lacked soundproofing. The noise level was high and disrupted my sleep! I think better sound isolation is needed.

i appreciate the breakfast option and its times. the welcome person, sara, was very knowledgeable. the location is perfect for visiting places.
the air conditioning system and the low water pressure bothered me. the room size felt too small for the price. the air conditioning split was directly in front of the bed.
